We use a house sauce for the base, think ranch+buffalo, followed by a blend of baccio mozzarella and cheddar cheese, topped off w/ generous amounts of freshly grilled chicken, diced small and tossed in more buffalo sauce. Finally, a drizzle of ranch is added after Grandma is done cooking.
